It is a nano-microfiber foam plastic with low bulk density, high-density structure, high open space ratio and flexibility, which has excellent flame retardancy, sound absorption and heat insulation.

Six major characteristics

1) High flame retardancy. After contact with open flame, a dense char layer is formed on the surface of the burning body to block combustion, no dripping, no smoke, no burning, and self-extinguishing when away from the fire.

2) Super strong sound absorption ability. Its open-pore structure allows sound waves to easily and effectively enter the deep layer of the foam body and transform into vibration energy of the grid to be consumed and absorbed, and effectively eliminate reflected waves.

3) Good thermal insulation. The three-dimensional grid structure effectively blocks the convection heat transfer of air.

4) High temperature resistance. It is suitable for long-term work under the working conditions of -180℃~200℃ Celsius, and there is no decomposition and deformation below 240 degrees Celsius.

5) Low bulk density. The bulk density of the product is 4-12kg/m³; it is one of the lighter foam plastics currently.

6) Green and environmentally friendly. Its stable chemical structure and cross-linking system give it unique chemical stability, which fully meets the national green environmental safety standards for interior decoration, daily necessities, and noise reduction of transportation vehicles.
