It is made of polyurethane sponge material and NBR nitrile rubber insulation cotton. It is specially processed by equipment to form a concave and convex wave shape. It is foamed by complex process to achieve sound absorption, sound insulation, shock absorption, sound insulation and heat insulation.

Principle: There are a large number of pores and bubbles connected inside and outside. When sound waves are incident on them, the air in the pores can vibrate. Due to the viscous resistance of the air and the friction between the air and the pore wall, a considerable part of the sound energy is converted into heat energy and consumed. In addition, when the air is adiabatically compressed, heat exchange occurs continuously between the air and the pore wall. Due to heat conduction, part of the sound energy is also converted into heat energy.
